1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ExamChamp application ("App") or accessing our web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Who Can Use ExamChamp
- Students (13+): Can create accounts and access all learning features
- Educators & Parents: Can monitor student progress and manage educational content
- Children (Under 13): Require verified parental consent (COPPA compliance)
- Educational Institutions: Can use ExamChamp for classroom and assessment purposes
Age Verification & Educational Use
We require age verification for all users to ensure appropriate educational content delivery. Providing false age information violates these Terms and may result in account suspension. ExamChamp is intended for legitimate educational purposes only.
2. Description of Educational Service
ExamChamp is an educational platform designed to help students learn through interactive quizzes, progress tracking, and comprehensive educational content across multiple subjects and grade levels.

ExamChamp is designed for supplemental learning and practice. While our quizzes and content are carefully designed for educational value, they should not be considered a replacement for formal education, professional instruction, or official academic assessments.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for:

- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Parental Responsibilities

- • Third-party service disruptions (Google Cloud, etc.)

- • Quiz difficulty and scoring may be adjusted for better learning outcomes

No Guarantee of Educational Outcomes
IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, grade improvements, or learning results. ExamChamp is a tool to support learning, but individual results depend on effort, consistency, and other factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property

ExamChamp, including all educational content, quizzes, software, designs, and learning materials, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

- • Error-free operation or perfect quiz scoring

Limitation of Educational Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • We are not liable for educational outcomes, grade improvements, or academic performance
- • Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
- • We are not responsible for losses from missed educational opportunities
- • We are not liable for technical issues affecting quiz completion or scoring
- • Educational content accuracy is not guaranteed and should be verified independently
- • Progress tracking and analytics may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon
Educational Use Disclaimer

8. Account Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your ExamChamp account at any time by:
- • Using the "Delete Account" feature in the app settings
- • Contacting our support team at support@examchamp.appj.uk
- • Sending a data deletion request to privacy@examchamp.appj.uk
Upon termination, we will delete your educational data as described in our Privacy Policy, while preserving your right to export your learning records before deletion.
Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- • Violate these Terms of Service or our educational guidelines
- • Use the service for commercial or non-educational purposes
- • Engage in academic dishonesty or quiz manipulation
- • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
- • Provide false information during registration or use
- • Share quiz content or answers in violation of intellectual property rights
- • Fail to comply with student privacy and safety guidelines
We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless immediate action is required for platform security or educational integrity.
Effect of Termination
When your account is terminated:
- • You lose access to all ExamChamp educational features
- • Your educational data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- • Quiz progress and achievements will be permanently removed
- • These Terms continue to apply to past use of the educational service
- • Limitation of liability provisions survive termination
- • You may request a final export of your educational data before deletion
9. Dispute Resolution

For disputes specifically related to educational content, student privacy, or academic matters:

- • Student safety matters should be reported immediately
- • Technical issues affecting quiz scores can be reviewed and corrected
Binding Arbitration
IMPORTANT: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for:
- • Small claims court disputes (under $5,000)
- • Intellectual property disputes related to educational content
- • Student privacy violations requiring immediate legal action
- • Educational safety concerns that threaten student welfare
Arbitration is conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any arbitration will take place in California, with provisions for educational institutions located elsewhere.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our educational service, legal requirements, privacy regulations, or educational best practices.

Your Options

Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective as of December 6, 2025 and replace any previous versions. By using ExamChamp after this date, you agree to these Terms. For educational institutions, additional terms may apply and will be provided separately.
